The fee for a photocall or keynote speech will be negotiated at the time of booking. 20% is payable to Woodseats Engineering immediately upon booking. The balance will normally be paid prior to an event.

Travel, Hotel and other expenses will normally be invoiced separately after the event or activity.

Bookings can not normally be changed or cancelled without the full fee being charged.
